Thus, a 5 minute customized speech purchased from Ready-2-Go Speeches.com can easily become a 10 or 20 minute speech, if you so desire. However, if required, our speech writers can and will write a longer speech for you.
What is your turn-around time? - Our turn around time is 4 business days after we receive your completed questionnaire for a first draft.
What if I need the speech quicker than four business days? We suggest then that you use our Rush Order Service.
A RUSH ORDER is one that is needed within three business days of receipt of your completed questionnaire. Our rush order fee is an additional charge of $30.00.
What is the definition of a Super Rush? A Super Rush is a speech that is needed within 48 hours from receipt of your completed questionnaire. There will be an additional charge of $65.00 on top of the rush order fee.
We offer SAME DAY DELIVERY of your speech for an additional $200.00, on top of both the rush and super rush order fee.
How do you mail out the speeches? Your speech will be sent to you via email.
We work from the information you provide on your questionnaire to create the content of a speech. As it states on the questionnaire, ALL INFORMATION MUST BE SET FORTH AT THE TIME YOU SEND IN THE QUESTIONNAIRE. We will include as much of your information as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all of the information you send to us will be used in your speech. However, if you have special "mandatory" information that you really want to include in your speech, please make sure to identify it on your questionnaire.
We DO NOT accept faxes. All questionnaires must be EMAILED to us.
If you would like us to make some small changes to speech, we will gladly do so without additional charge. However, if this work requires a more extensive effort, including, but not limited to, rewriting your speech, changing the tone of the speech, or adding significant new material, then we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for our time and effort.
We will give you our best effort, and you'll enjoy the lowest possible price, if you get ALL the information we need to us in on time, as quickly as possible.
We have had great success with our speeches during the past eight years. In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your order, our REFUND POLICY is as follows: All cancellations for speeches must occur within 12 hours of receipt of your order and must be requested in writing via email
(info@ready2gospeeches.com). We will refund your money in full less a $50.00 processing fee. If you choose to cancel your order after this 12 hour period, we will be glad to give you full credit towards another order in the next six months. There will be no refunds for any RUSH or SUPER RUSH ORDERS.
