1) Start by sending us a Letter of Inquiry, first. Your Letter of Inquiry should contain the following: 

-          a cover letter of not more than two pages setting out any relevant information about yourself, your qualifications, writing background and publishing credits (if any). 

-          an estimate of the number of words for your work. We do not accept speeches, toasts, poems or eulogies that are more than 1,200 words. 

-          a projection on when (an actual date) your work will be ready for submission in its final draft to Ready2GoSpeeches.com. We ONLY accept pre-written work in electronic Word.doc or Note Pad (text) format via email. 

-          your proposed work title. 

-          your proposed theme and purpose for your work. 

-          your proposed target audience. 

-          the speech category you feel your work will fit and sell best under here on Ready2GoSpeeches.com. 

-          a one page outline of your work, and your proposed opening and conclusion for your work.

2) If you wish to submit more than one piece of pre-written work (speech, toast, poem, or eulogy), you must submit each piece of work using separate Letters of Inquiry for each proposed pre-written piece of work.

3) Allow three to four weeks for replies to your Letter of Inquiry. If Ready2GoSpeeches.com is interested in receiving and reviewing the final draft (your work in its entirety) for a potential contract agreement and payment, we will send you an email requesting the final daft of your pre-written work in a Word.doc or Note Pad format inside an email back to us.

Unfortunately it can sometimes take a little longer to reply to all Letters of Inquiry, as we receive so many. Please be patient, and if you do not hear from us within six weeks, contact us via email to check that we received your Letter of Inquiry.
